Q. How can I register the payment information?
1. After logging in, select [My Usage] at the lower left of the screen.
2. In the [Payment Information] menu, select the [Register your payment information] button.
3. Enter your payment information, select a payment method, and then enter additional information.
4. Lastly, set values for [Billing Information].

Q. If I register my payment information, will the payment be made immediately?
After registration, you must convert the project to subscription.
Q. How can I convert my project to subscription?
1. Once you have completed registering your payment information, go to the [Project Subscription] menu.
2. Check the complete list of projects for your user account.
3. Select a desired project to convert to subscription, and then select the [Subscribe] button.

Q. Can't multiple accounts have the billing role for a project at the same time?
Only 1 person can have the billing role.
Q. How can I change the payment account?
1. Before changing your payment account, log in to the new payment account and then register your payment information.
2. Log in with your payment account and then invite new payment accounts as project members.
3. Allow the invited member’s [Billing] role.

Q. How do the browser monitoring products count sessions?
A user session covers the period from page entry to page exit.
A session lasts up to 4 hours and ends if there is no interaction with the web page for 15 minutes after visiting the page.
If you visit the page after 15 minutes, it is counted as a new session.
Q. How are costs calculated for Cloud monitoring products?
Cloud Monitoring charges $1 per dimension. (However, 10 dimensions are provided for free when using some WhaTap products)
In addition to the monitoring fee, additional data call costs are incurred for each CSP.

Q. What do metrics and dimensions mean?
Metrics indicate the values to handle, and dimensions indicate the properties of the metrics.
By dimensions, you can define which server the metrics belong to, where they are located, and what their values are.
