How to Connect WhaTap with ilert

Follow these simple steps to connect WhaTap to ilert.

1. Configure WhaTap

• Open the project you want to set up alerts for, then navigate to Alert Notification → Notification Reception Settings.
• Click the Add 3rd Party Plugin button and select the Webhook JSON type.
• Paste the webhook URL you copied from ilert and complete the registration.

2. Configure ilert

• Go to the Alert Sources menu and create a new alert source (Create a new alert source), selecting WhaTap as the type.
• Name the alert source, assign it to the appropriate team, and configure the escalation policy and alert grouping options.
• Once saved, a unique Webhook URL will be generated.

3. Start Receiving Alerts

• Events triggered in WhaTap will now be sent to ilert instantly, kicking off your automated incident workflows.
